The Great Practice of yoga extends beyond just our time on the mat; it encompasses our lifestyle choices and overall way of living. During these trainings, you will be surrounded by diverse students and teachers. Our One Song graduates will be equipped to apply their skills in various professional fields such as yoga, bodywork, corporate environments, life coaching, and everyday interpersonal relationships.

Frequently asked questions

Language:
The program will be conducted in English. However, since our assistant teacher can speak Bahasa Indonesia, she can help you in case of language difficulties.

Lunch:
Modest lunch will be provided from Monday to Friday. On Saturday, you can purchase meals around the program location or bring your own lunch.

Absence:
We require full participation of the students. However, please kindly inform us before the program starts if you need to be absent on any day.

300 hours requirement:

You will need to complete yoga teacher training for 200 hours (it can be other yoga school as well) before joining the 300 hours program.

The difference with 200 hours:

You will receive feedback, input and homework that are different with the 200 hours students. However, you will be required to attend the same class with the 200 hours student. Further, after the completion of the offline sessions you will be required to create a 100 hours project. Personalise project will be created which will be directly consulted with Denise.
